Constant temperature and humidity test chamber (WSS-225Q) is a device for heat, cold, dry and humidity environment testing. Temperature range up to -60 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, Interior volume is 225L, suitable for a variety of environment simulation test needs.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor, uses environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves rapid cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The air in the box is circulated through a centrifugal fan and a broadband forced airflow (up, out, down) to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. The control system collects data through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and performs multi-stage program temperature control by a touch screen controller to achieve accurate environment simulation.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program through the large-screen LCD touch controller.
3. Select the operation mode (e.g. fixed-value operation, regular operation).
4. Start the device and start the test.
5. Monitor the experimental status in real time through the observation window.
6. After the test is completed, the device can be stopped automatically or manually.
7. Data export or remote monitoring can be performed using USB or RS485 interfaces.
Notice
• Equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated location without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
