TAISITE WSS-408F constant temperature and humidity test box is a equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and humidity resistance test. Its internal volume is 408L, the temperature control range is 0~ 150 ℃, and the humidity control range is 20%~ 98% RH, with accurate temperature and humidity control capabilities.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor, uses environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The temperature control adopts a multi-stage program temperature control method. Accurate measurement is carried out through the PT100 temperature sensor and the imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, which is displayed and operated by the color LCD touch screen controller. The air circulation system adopts a centrifugal fan with a broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box.

Steps
1. Set the required temperature, humidity and program through dedicated function keys or touch screen.
2. You can choose to run at a fixed value, regularly or in program mode.
3. Start the equipment and monitor the experimental process through the observation window.
4. After the experiment is completed, the device can be stopped automatically or according to the setting.
5. The experimental process can be monitored using a remote control interface (USB3.0 or RS485).
Notice
The equipment has a variety of safety protection functions, such as over-temperature protection, anti-dry burning protection, water shortage protection, etc., but it is still necessary to check the water level and various parameter settings before operation.
• Use the built-in pulley when moving your device and make sure the ground is level.
• Do not block incoming or outgoing trends when the device is running.
When conducting a humidity test, ensure that the water supply system is functioning properly.
• The device has a menu lock function to prevent misoperation. Please keep the password properly.
• The incoming call recovery function of the device will remember the state before the power failure. Please pay attention to confirm the operating parameters after re-powering.
