Overview
Constant temperature and humidity test chamber (WSS-408T) is a device for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance experimental testing. Temperature range covers -20 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, and the inner volume is 408 liters.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor or a German BITZER semi-enclosed Compressor, using R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The air circulation system adopts a centrifugal fan and a broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The control system collects data through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and is precisely adjusted by a multi-stage program temperature control system.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program through the large-screen LCD touch controller.
3. You can choose from fixed-value operation, regular operation or program operation mode.
4. Start the device, and the device will automatically execute the set temperature and humidity control program.
5. Monitor the experimental status in real time through the observation window.
6. After the experiment, the equipment can be automatically stopped or manually stopped.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply voltage of the device meets the requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature and Humidity Stability.
• Regularly check the water supply of the humidification system to ensure that the water level is normal and prevent dry burning.
Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosive items in the equipment.
• When the equipment malfunctions and alarms, please check according to the prompt information of the controller, or contact a professional to deal with it.
When moving your device, use the built-in pulley and ensure smooth movement.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
