The TAISITE WSS-408D constant temperature and humidity test chamber is a device for heat, cold, dry and moisture resistance testing. Its temperature control range is -40 ° C to 150 ° C, humidity control range is 20% RH to 98% RH, and the inner volume is 408 liters.

Principle
The device uses a nickel-chromium alloy heating wire heater and a centrifugal fan to force air circulation (up, out and down) to achieve temperature control and uniform distribution in the box. Humidity control is achieved by generating steam humidification from a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor, uses environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves rapid cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration cycles. The control system adopts multi-stage temperature control, and accurate feedback and adjustment are carried out through PT100 temperature sensor and imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature and humidity program or select the fixed value/timing operation mode through the large-screen LCD touch controller.
3. Put the test sample into the inner box and place it on the standard shelf.
4. Start the device and start the test.
5. The experimental situation can be observed in real time through the observation window.
6. After the test is completed, the device can be stopped automatically or according to the program settings.
7. Take out the sample and turn off the power of the device.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
Make sure the water supply system (pump) is normal before use to prevent dry burning or water shortage.
• Do not switch the Compressor on and off frequently, so as not to affect the service life.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the uniformity of temperature and humidity and Stability.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to ensure that the air duct is open.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the safety protection device of the equipment (such as fuse switches, fuses, over-temperature protection, etc.).
• When the equipment malfunctions and alarms, please read the manual or contact a professional first, and do not force the operation.
