Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and cooled by a cascade refrigeration system driven by a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor. The humidity control uses a stainless steel sheathed heater to generate steam humidification. The air in the box is circulated by a wide-band forced airflow through a centrifugal fan (up and down) to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. The control system collects data through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and is precisely regulated by a multi-stage program by a touch screen controller.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature and humidity program or select the fixed-value operation mode through the touch screen controller.
3. For remote monitoring, it can be connected via USB or RS485 interface.
4. Place the sample on the shelf.
5. Start the device and run the experiment.
6. During the experiment, real-time observations can be made through the observation window.
7. After the experiment reaches the set time or conditions, the equipment can be automatically stopped.
8. After the experiment, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded and use a Power supply voltage that meets specifications.
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the stability of temperature and humidity in the box.
• Pay attention to check the water supply system to prevent dry burning, and the equipment has the function of water shortage protection.
