TAISITE WSS-408P constant temperature and humidity test box is a device for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance test. Its internal volume is 408L, the use Temperature range can reach -70 ℃ to 150 ℃, the humidity control range is 20% to 98% RH, with precise temperature and humidity control ability.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater through a multi-stage program temperature control system. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor or a German BITZER semi-enclosed Compressor, and cooperates with environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants to achieve air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. Through a centrifugal fan and a broadband forced air circulation (up and down), the temperature and humidity in the box are ensured to be uniform. The humidity control adopts an imported wet and dry ball Sensor, and steam humidification is carried out by lifting the water supply through a water pump.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Parameter setting is carried out through the large-screen LCD touch controller, and fixed-value operation or program operation mode can be selected.
3. For remote control, it can be connected via USB 3.0 or RS485 interface.
4. Put the sample to be tested on the shelf of the inner box.
5. Start the equipment and start the experiment.
6. During the experiment, real-time observations can be made through the observation window.
7. After the experiment, the device can be automatically stopped according to the setting.

• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
The equipment is equipped with multiple safety protections (e.g. over-temperature, anti-dry burning, water shortage, overload, etc.), but it still needs to be inspected regularly.
• Check the water supply system before use to ensure that the humidification function is normal.
• Use the built-in pulley when moving your device and keep it steady.
• Do not block incoming or outgoing trends when the device is running.
• After conducting low temperature or high humidity experiments, please pay attention to defrosting and dew condensation in the box.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal circuits and refrigeration systems of the equipment.
• Equipment lead hole (inner diameter 52mm) can be used to test the wire passing through, please pay attention to sealing.
