TAISITE WSS-800F constant temperature and humidity test box is a kind of equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance test. Temperature range can reach 0~ 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20%~ 98% RH, inner volume is 800L, inner box size is 1000 * 1000 * 800mm.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater, humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater, and cooled by a refrigeration system driven by a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor. A centrifugal fan is used to achieve broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The controller collects data through the PT100 temperature sensor and imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor to carry out multi-stage program temperature control to achieve accurate temperature and humidity control.

Steps
1. Program editing or setting values through imported large-screen LCD touch controllers.
2. You can choose fixed-value operation, regular operation or automatic stop mode.
3. Use the dedicated function keys to set the temperature.
4. Parameter settings through the auxiliary menu, such as over-rise alarm, deviation correction, etc.
5. Start the device, and the temperature operation can be observed in real time through the controller. Linear dispersion.
6. After the experiment, the device can be automatically stopped according to the setting.
Notice
• The equipment has multiple safety protections, including fuse-free switches, fuses, over-temperature protection, anti-dry burning protection, water shortage protection, liquid level protection, Compressor overvoltage/overheating/overcurrent protection and emergency stop protection, but still need to standardize the operation.
• Power supply voltage requirement is AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%.
• The equipment has power-off protection and call recovery functions, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the status of the equipment when restoring power after an unplanned power outage.
• Please ensure that the water supply system (pump lift) is normal before use.
