Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system uses a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor to carry out single-stage or cascade refrigeration with environmentally friendly refrigerants R404A and R23, and dissipates heat through air cooling. The equipment realizes broadband forced air circulation (up, out and down) through a centrifugal fan to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The control system collects data through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and the touch screen controller performs multi-stage program temperature control to achieve accurate temperature and humidity environment simulation.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature and humidity program or select the fixed value/timing operation mode through the large-screen LCD touch controller.
3. Start the equipment, the system will automatically control the functions of heating, humidification, cooling and defrosting to achieve the set environment.
4. The experimental status can be observed in real time through the observation window, and the controller will display the real-time temperature operation Linear dispersion.
5. After the experiment is completed, the device can be automatically stopped according to the setting, or manually stopped.
