Overview
Constant temperature and humidity test box (model WSS-1000F) is a equipment for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance experimental testing. Temperature range can reach -70~ 150 ℃, humidity control range is 20% -98% RH, content volume is 1000L, with accurate temperature and humidity control ability.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang fully hermetic or a German BITZER semi-hermetic Compressor, with environmentally friendly R404A and R23 refrigerants, and achieves cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The air in the box is circulated through a centrifugal fan in a broadband forced airflow (up and down) to ensure uniform temperature and humidity. The control system adopts multi-stage temperature control, and accurate feedback and adjustment are carried out through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and operating procedures through the large-screen LCD touch controller (support setting or timing operation).
3. Confirm that the water supply system (pump lift) is normal and ensure that the humidification function is available.
4. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
5. Start the equipment, monitor the experimental process through the observation window, and the controller can display the temperature operation in real time. Linear dispersion.
6. After the experiment is completed, the equipment can be stopped automatically or manually.
7. For remote control, it can be operated through a USB 3.0 or RS485 interface connection.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Power supply voltage check before use (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
• Ensure that the water supply system has sufficient water sources to avoid dry burning or water shortage operation.
• Do not open and close the box door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the uniformity of temperature and humidity.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to ensure that the ventilator and Sensor are unobstructed and free of contamination.
• The equipment has multiple safety protections (such as over-temperature, overload, power-off protection, etc.). If the alarm is triggered, please check the cause before resetting the operation.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal electrical and refrigeration components of the equipment.
• When moving the device, use the built-in pulley to move smoothly to avoid violent vibration.
