Constant temperature and humidity test chamber (WSS-1000T) is a device for testing heat, cold, dry and humidity environments. Temperature range of -20 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range of 20% to 98% RH, Interior volume of 1000L, suitable for a wide range of Reliability testing needs.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor with environmentally friendly refrigerants R404A and R23 to achieve rapid cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration. The centrifugal fan is used in the box with a broadband forced air circulation (up-out-down-in) mode to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. The control system collects data through the PT100 temperature sensor and imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and performs accurate temperature and humidity control by multi-stage program.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature and humidity program or select the fixed value/timing operation mode through the touch screen controller.
3. Place the test sample in the inner box and place on the standard shelf.
4. Start the device and run the test program.
5. During the test, the sample status can be monitored in real time through the observation window.
6. After the test is completed, the device can automatically stop, remove the sample, and turn off the power.
Notice
* The equipment should be installed on a well-ventilated, smooth ground without direct sunlight.
Please ensure that the water supply system is normal before use to avoid dry burning.
Do not open and close the box door frequently when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the uniformity of temperature and humidity.
* Regularly check and clean the equipment filtrate network to ensure smooth wind circulation.
When the equipment malfunctions and alarms, please read the manual or contact a professional first, and do not disassemble it yourself.
When handling, please use the built-in pulley to avoid violent vibration.
When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
