Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater and steam humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor, uses R404A and R23 environmentally friendly refrigerants, and achieves rapid cooling through air-cooled single-stage or cascade refrigeration cycles. The air in the box is circulated by a centrifugal fan in a broadband forced airflow (up, out, down) to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity. The control system collects data through a PT100 temperature sensor and an imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and is precisely controlled by a multi-stage program by a touch screen controller.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature and humidity program or select the fixed value/timing operation mode through the touch screen controller.
3. Place the test sample in the inner box and place on the standard shelf.
4. Start the device and run the test program.
5. Monitor the experimental process in real time through the observation window, or remotely through the USB/RS485 interface.
6. After the test is completed, the device can automatically stop and take out the sample according to the setting.
