Overview
Constant temperature and humidity test chamber (WSS-1000Q) is a device for heat, cold, dry and moisture resistance experimental testing. Temperature range of -60 ℃ to 150 ℃, humidity control range of 20% to 98% RH, content volume of 1000L, suitable for a wide range of Reliability testing needs.

1. The studio is made of SUS304 stainless steel and is equipped with a flat reaction handle.
2. The observation window adopts vacuum tempered Glass, which has the function of defrosting, which is convenient for real-time observation.

7. Equipped with imported large-screen LCD touch controller, supports Chinese and English interface, program editing, real-time temperature Linear dispersion display, and has USB3.0 or RS485 interface for remote control.

9. Special function keys to achieve temperature setting, auxiliary menu provides over-rise alarm, deviation correction, menu lock and other functions.

Principle
The equipment is heated by a nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater, humidified by a stainless steel sheathed heater, and cooled and dehumidified by a cascade refrigeration system driven by a French Taikang or German BITZER Compressor. A centrifugal fan is used for broadband forced air circulation (up and down) to ensure uniform temperature and humidity in the box. The control system collects data through the PT100 temperature sensor and imported wet and dry bulb humidity Sensor, and the touch screen controller performs multi-stage program temperature control to achieve accurate temperature and humidity environment simulation.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V/415V +/- 10%).
2. Set the required temperature, humidity and program through the large-screen LCD touch controller.
3. Select the operation mode (e.g. fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment and monitor the experimental process through the observation window.
5. After the experiment is completed, the device can be stopped automatically or manually.
Notice
Equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight.
• Please check the water supply system before use to ensure that the water source is sufficient to prevent dry burning or water shortage protection triggering.
• Do not frequently open and close the box door when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the uniformity of temperature and humidity and the experimental accuracy.
• Regularly inspect and clean equipment, especially air ducts and Sensor areas.
• Equipment is equipped with multiple safety protection devices (such as over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage protection), please check the cause in time when alarming, and non-professionals should not disassemble and repair by themselves.
• When moving the device, use the built-in pulley to move smoothly to avoid violent vibration.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and drain the humidification system to store water.
