RGX400E Artificial climate box is a microcomputer control device of TAISITE brand, with functions such as light, hot and cold thermostatic, automatic humidity control, automatic day and night switching program control and over-temperature protection, which is used to simulate the natural climate environment. The device supports 30-segment programming control, has functions such as computer connection, LCD display and over-temperature alarm. It is suitable for plant seed germination, seedling, cultivation, microbial foster, insect and small animal feeding, as well as thermostatic, constant humidity and light tests such as performance testing of commodities, wood and building materials and mass inspection of industrial products.

Principle
The device is controlled by a microcomputer program and integrates a temperature, Humidity and Illumination regulation system. Compressor and heater equilibrate control is used to precisely maintain the temperature and Humidity in the working room. Fluctuation is small. The improved ultrasonic humidification system simulates the effect of natural humidification. The lighting system provides uniform light through three-sided or 4-sided strong light hollow Glass, and uses unique heat dissipation technology to avoid the influence of heat radiation. The equipment has functions such as automatic program operation, over-temperature protection and data memory to simulate natural environment conditions.

Steps
1. Use the touch button to set the temperature, Humidity and lighting parameters, or program and control through the 30-segment LCD program.
2. Select the operation function, such as fixed-value operation, scheduled operation, automatic stop/appointment start, or program operation.
3. Start the device, the microcomputer will automatically control the light, Humidity and day and night switching, and simulate the setting environment.
4. During operation, the temperature and setting temperature can be monitored through a large-screen LCD monitor.
5. After the test, the device can be automatically stopped or manually shut down according to the setting.

• Temperature range of equipment: 0~ 65 ℃ without humidification, 10~ 65 ℃ with humidification, do not exceed the range.
• Note that Humidity control range is 40~ 90% RH, Fluctuation is +/- 7% RH.
• Power supply voltage is AC220V/5.5A to avoid voltage instability affecting operation.
• Regularly check the water level to prevent damage to the humidification system during low-water operation.
• When cleaning the studio, the shelf bracket can be loaded and unloaded, but it needs to be handled with care, and the load-bearing capacity of the Shelf does not exceed 15kg.
• The equipment has over-temperature alarm and protection functions, such as alarm triggering should be checked in time.
• Optional functions (such as RS-485/232 interface, printer, power failure alarm, etc.) need to be customized in the factory and cannot be installed later.
