AISRY ASR-50L-40 programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine is a testing equipment used to simulate various temperature and humidity environments. It is mainly used to detect the performance of materials in various environments and test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance of various materials. The equipment adopts the equilibrate Conditioning control system, which ensures the stability of temperature and humidity in the box through intelligent control and has the function of energy saving.

Principle
The device adopts the equilibrate Conditioning control system. The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller performs multi-stage intelligent output by controlling the solid state relay (SSR), equilibrating the output power of the temperature and humidity system, so as to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are fully stable. The system also has the function of energy saving, which can reduce the power of the instrument to a greater extent and ensure the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

Steps
1. Ensure that there are no Miscellaneous items within 60CM of the instrument, and the installation ground is not seriously tilted.
Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ), and note that the allowable voltage fluctuation is +/- 10%.
3. Add water to the built-in water tank through the drawer type water box.
4. Set the required temperature and humidity program Linear dispersion on the controller (7-inch color touch screen), which can be edited, cleared, and inserted into the program segment.
5. Place the sample to be tested on the shelf in the box.
6. Start the device, the controller will automatically execute the setting program and display the Linear dispersion execution status in real time.
7. During the test, the sample can be viewed through the observation window, or the external test harness can be connected through the left test hole.
8. After the test is completed, the device can be stopped according to the setting to remove the sample.
9. The device has a power-off program memory function, which can automatically start and continue to execute the program after power-back.
Notice
* The recommended environment temperature is 0~ 30 ℃ (working environment temperature 5~ 25 ℃).
* Miscellaneous items cannot be placed within 60CM of the instrument.
The installation ground must not be severely tilted.
* Power supply voltage requirements and variation range.
* When adding water, use the drawer-type water filling box provided by the equipment and use its water quality to filtrate the system.
* The equipment has a comprehensive protection system. When there is a failure, the screen will display the fault point and cause and automatically shut down. Please check according to the prompts.
* Shelves have a maximum load-bearing limit (20KG), please do not overload.
* For low temperature testing, the circular split humidifier can avoid freezing in the sink, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the operating status.
