Principle
The device adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller, and the controller performs multi-stage intelligent output by controlling the solid state relay (SSR), thereby equilibrating the output power of the temperature and humidity system and ensuring the full stability of the temperature and humidity in the test chamber. The system also has an energy-saving function, which can reduce the power of the instrument to a greater extent and ensure the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

Steps
1. Preparation: Check the status of the equipment to ensure that the power supply and environment meet the requirements (the working environment temperature is 0~ 30 ° C, and there are no Miscellaneous items within 60cm around the equipment).
2. Place the sample: Place the sample to be tested on the shelf (1 layer is standard, up to 4 layers can be placed).
3. Connection and setting: For external testing, you can use the 50mm test hole on the left to connect the wiring harness. Through the 7-inch color touch screen controller, set the required temperature and humidity program Linear dispersion, time, cycle times and other parameters by touch.
4. Start running: After confirming that the parameters are set correctly, start the device to start testing. The controller will display the execution status of the program Linear dispersion in real time, the current segment, the remaining time and other information.
5. Monitoring and completion: During the test, samples can be viewed through the observation window. The equipment has a variety of protection functions. In case of failure, it will automatically alarm and stop. After the test is completed, the equipment will stop according to the program or manually.
6. Take out the sample: After the temperature in the box returns to a safe range, open the door and take out the sample.
Notice
• The environment temperature is recommended to be 5~ 25 ° C to ensure that the equipment is well ventilated, and Miscellaneous items cannot be placed within 60cm.
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V/50HZ, and the allowable voltage fluctuation value is +/- 10%. It is necessary to ensure stable power supply.
• Use a built-in drawer water box when adding water, and pay attention to the water quality. The equipment is equipped with an filtrate system, but it is still recommended to use clean water to reduce blockage.
• When placing the sample, the load of the single-layer rack should not exceed 20KG, and the trend and back trend should not be blocked to ensure uniform air circulation in the box.
• The equipment has water shortage alarm protection, but the humidification system water level still needs to be checked regularly.
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature and humidity stability and test results.
• The equipment has comprehensive electrical and mechanical protection functions. If a fault alarm occurs, you should first check the fault information displayed on the controller screen. Non-professionals should not disassemble and repair it by themselves.
• When moving the device, you can use the 4 high-bearing heavy-duty universal wheels at the bottom to move smoothly.
• When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
