Principle
The equipment adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller through the Sensor. The controller controls the solid state relay (SSR) to equilibrate the output power of the heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification and other systems in a multi-stage intelligent output mode, so as to ensure the full stability of the temperature and humidity in the test chamber. The system has an energy-saving function, which can reduce the power used and ensure the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

Steps
1. Preparation: Ensure that the power supply of the equipment meets the requirements (220V/50HZ), the working environment temperature is between 5 and 30 ° C, and there are no Miscellaneous items within 60CM around the equipment.
2. Power on: Connect the power supply and turn on the air switch.
3. Parameter settings: Through the 7-inch color touch screen controller, select the Chinese/English interface, enter the program editing screen, and set the required temperature and humidity program Linear dispersion, segment, time and cycle times.
4. Place the sample: Open the box door, place the sample on the stainless steel shelf (standard 1 layer, up to 4 layers), and close the box door.
5. Start test: After confirming that the program is correct on the controller, start the test. The device will run automatically, and the screen will display the execution status of the program Linear dispersion in real time, the current temperature and humidity and the remaining time.
6. Monitoring and completion: The test process can be viewed through the observation window, and the equipment has the function of automatic alarm and shutdown. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running and samples are taken out.

Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal components of the equipment, especially the refrigeration system piping.
