Principle
The device adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller through the Sensor. The controller controls the solid state relay (SSR) to equilibrate the output power of the temperature and humidity system in a multi-stage intelligent output mode, thus ensuring the full stability of the temperature and humidity in the test chamber. The system also has an energy-saving function, which can effectively reduce the power of the instrument and ensure long-term accurate and stable operation.

Steps
1. Preparation: Check the power supply and environment of the equipment to ensure that there are no Miscellaneous items within 60CM.
2. Power on: Turn on the 380V power supply and turn on the air switch.
3. Settings: Through the 7-inch color touch screen controller, select the Chinese/English interface, and edit or call the temperature and humidity test program (up to 120 sets of programs, each program can be set to multiple segments).
4. Place the sample: Open the box door and place the sample on the shelf (standard 1 layer, up to 4 layers can be placed, and the layer spacing is adjustable).
5. Connection test (optional): For external monitoring, use the 50mm test hole on the left to connect the wiring harness.
6. Start: After confirming that the settings are correct, start the test program.
7. Monitoring: Real-time observation of program execution status, temperature and humidity Linear dispersion and remaining time through the controller screen.
8. End: After the program is completed, the device automatically stops. Take out the sample and turn off the power.

* The recommended environment temperature is between 5 and 25 ° C, and the maximum does not exceed 30 ° C.
