AISRY ASR-80L-70 programmable constant temperature and humidity tester is a device used to detect the performance of materials in various environments (such as heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance, moisture resistance). It is suitable for mass inspection of electronics, electrical appliances, communications, meters, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, aerospace and other products. The device adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC), which transmits the data in the box to the controller through the induction system. The controller intelligently adjusts the output power to ensure stable temperature and humidity, and has energy-saving functions.

Principle
The device uses an equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). Its induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller performs multi-stage intelligent output by controlling the solid state relay (SSR), thereby equilibrating the output power of the temperature and humidity system and ensuring that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are fully stable. The system also has an energy-saving function, which can effectively reduce the power of the instrument and ensure long-term accurate and stable operation.
