Overview
YDX BC70 Thermometric Paper is an irreversible Thermometric Paper with Pressure sensitive adhesive, with a specification of 2x2 cm/piece and a round design. When the temperature reaches 70 ° C, it will discoloration into red, black, green, yellow and other Colors, with a protective film on the surface. Often used for temperature tracking of equipment in the railway industry.
Features
1. Irreversible Thermometric Paper, only one temperature point 70 ℃
2. After overheating, the discoloration is red, black, green, yellow and other Colors
3. A protective film is attached to the surface
4. Pressure sensitive adhesive, stick firmly
5. Specifications are 2x2 cm/piece, round design
6. Encasement specification is 72 pieces/sheet
Principle
YDX BC70 Thermometric Paper uses the thermal material to irreversibly change Color when it reaches the set temperature of 70 ° C, changing from the original state to Red, Black, Green, Yellow and other Colors, so as to visually display whether the measured part exceeds the set temperature.
Applications
Railway industry equipment temperature tracking
Steps
1. Keep the temperature measurement part flat, clean and drying, use sandpaper to remove the oxidation layer or concave and convex surface, or use suitable solvents such as gasoline to clean
2. Bend the Thermometric Paper and then uncover it. If you are not skilled, you can use a knife to shovel it from the side
3. Press the Thermometric Paper hard to eliminate the air gap and ensure that it is firmly pasted
4. If you need oil and waterproof, Miscellaneous series temperature measuring patches with protective film should be used
5. Winding scotch tape in harsh environments to enhance protection and fixation
Notice
• The temperature measurement part needs to be kept flat, clean and drying
• When pasting, press hard to remove air
• Miscellaneous series products with protective film should be selected for oil and water environment
• It is recommended to wrap scotch tape to protect and fix in harsh environments
