Overview
YDX BC85 Thermometric Paper is a temperature indicator card with Pressure sensitive adhesive. It belongs to the single temperature and multi-color series. Irreversible Thermometric Paper has only one temperature point 85 ° C and the specification is 2x2cm/piece. After overheating, it will turn into red, black, green, yellow and other Colors with protective film on the surface. It is often used for temperature tracking of equipment in the railway industry.
Features
1. Pressure sensitive adhesive, easy to paste
2. Irreversible discoloration, accurate temperature indication
3. Single temperature point multi-color design
4. There is a protective film on the surface
5. Uniform specifications, easy to use
Principle
YDX BC85 Thermometric Paper works based on the principle that heat-sensitive materials undergo irreversible Color changes at a specific temperature. When the temperature of the temperature measurement site reaches 85 ° C, Thermometric Paper will permanently turn into Red, Black, Green, Yellow and other Colors, thus indicating an overtemperature state.
Applications
Railway industry equipment temperature tracking
Steps
1. Keep the temperature measurement part flat, clean and drying, use sandpaper to remove the oxidation layer or concave and convex surface, or use gasoline and other solvents to clean
2. Uncover the Thermometric Paper after bending. If you are not skilled, you can use a knife to shovel it from the side
3. Press the Thermometric Paper hard to eliminate the air gap and ensure that it is firmly pasted
4. If the part may be stained with oil or water, use the Miscellaneous series temperature measuring patch with protective film
5. In harsh environments, it is recommended to wrap scotch tape to strengthen protection and fixation
Notice
• Make sure the temperature measurement part is flat, clean and drying before pasting
• If you are not skilled in removing Thermometric Paper, you can use a knife to assist
• When pasting, it needs to be pressed firmly to remove the air gap.
• Miscellaneous series with protective film should be selected for oil-water environment
• It is recommended to wrap scotch tape to protect and fix in harsh environments
