Principle
Spreader film thickness is adjusted by the handwheel and accurately displayed by the dial meter. The material after Spreader enters the oven unit, is heated by stainless steel electric heating tube and carried out drying curing by centrifugal fan hot air circulation, and finally the whole film process is automatically wound by the winding unit.

Steps
1. Install the coil onto the inflatable shaft of the unwinding unit
2. Adjust the Spreader Film thickness of the double roll extrusion unit to the desired range
3. Set oven temperature and control parameters
4. Start the equipment, and the tension controller automatically controls the unwinding and winding tension
5. Monitor the Spreader process to ensure Spreader accuracy and temperature stability
6. After finishing the Spreader, remove the finished product from the winding unit
