The TBJ-A1 Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, which can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. The equipment comes standard with 1 China wire rod and 1 imported wire rod with an accuracy of up to 1μm, which has been favored by many enterprises, R & D institutions and Universities & colleges.

Principle
The automatic Film Applicator adopts the wire rod Spreader mode, controls the Spreader rate through stepless speed change, and uses the wire rod on the Glass baseplate to Spreader wet-film on different substrates. The Spreader Film thickness is determined by the wire rod model, and the Spreader stroke and rate can be set digitally to ensure the preparation of smooth and flat test samples.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it on the mechanical fixture
2. Select the appropriate rod model
3. Set Spreader Travel and Rate via Touch Screen
4. Spreader the device
5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
