AISRY ASR-225L-40 (paint plate) programmable constant temperature and humidity tester is a device used to test the performance of materials in various environments, mainly used to test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance performance of various materials. The equipment is suitable for mass detection of electronics, electrical appliances, communications, meters, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, aerospace and other products. It adopts the equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC), which transmits the data in the box to the controller through the induction system. The controller realizes multi-stage intelligent output by controlling the SSR, and the output power of the equilibrate temperature and humidity system ensures the stability of the temperature and humidity in the box, and has the function of energy saving.

Principle
The device adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller, and the controller performs multi-stage intelligent output by controlling the solid state relay (SSR), thereby equilibrating the heating, cooling, humidification, dehumidification and other output power of the temperature and humidity system to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are fully stable. The system has an energy-saving function, which can reduce the power of the instrument to a greater extent and ensure the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets the requirements (220V/50HZ, allowing a change of +/- 10%).
2. Perform parameter settings through the controller (7-inch color touch screen), and select the Chinese and English interfaces to edit or call the temperature and humidity program.
3. Place the sample to be tested on the shelf (standard configuration 1 layer, adjustable layer spacing, up to 4 layers).
4. Close the test chamber door to ensure that the high and low temperature silicone sealing strip is well sealed.
5. Start the test program, and the controller will automatically execute the set temperature and humidity Linear dispersion.
6. During the test, the sample can be viewed through the observation window, or the external test harness can be connected through the left test hole.
7. After the test is completed, the equipment stops running according to the program. After the temperature in the box is close to the environment temperature, open the box door and take out the sample.
8. After use, clean and maintain the equipment.
Notice
• The recommended working environment temperature of the equipment is within the range of 0~ 30 ° C (or 5~ 25 ° C).
• Miscellaneous items should not be placed within 60CM of the equipment to ensure heat dissipation and air circulation.
• Use the built-in drawer water box when adding water, and pay attention to the water quality. The equipment is equipped with an filtrate system but still needs regular maintenance.
• When moving the device, you can use the high-bearing heavy-duty universal wheel at the bottom to pay attention to smooth movement.
• The equipment has comprehensive protection functions. If there is a fault alarm, you should check the fault points and causes displayed on the screen, and then use it after troubleshooting.
• Regularly check the status of consumables such as refrigerant and refrigeration oil to ensure the normal operation of the system.
• Avoid running the humidification system for a long time when the equipment fails and lacks water, although the humidification pipe has a dry burning protection function.
• When conducting low temperature tests, pay attention to the circular split design of the humidification system to avoid freezing in the sink.
