Principle
The device adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller performs multi-stage intelligent output by controlling SSR (solid state relay), and the output power of the equilibrate temperature and humidity system ensures that the temperature and humidity in the box are fully stable. At the same time, the system has energy-saving function, which can reduce the power used and ensure the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

Steps
Connect the power supply (380V/50HZ) to ensure that the voltage fluctuation is within +/- 10%.
2. Set through the controller (7-inch color touch screen), select or edit the temperature and humidity program (up to 120 sets of programs, each program can be set to multiple segments).
3. Place the sample to be tested on the shelf (standard 1 layer, up to 4 layers) to ensure uniform distribution of the sample.
4. Close the box door (left single door, double-decked design) to ensure that the high and low temperature silicone sealing strip is well sealed.
5. Start the device, the controller automatically executes the setting program, and displays the temperature and humidity Linear dispersion and running status in real time.
6. After the test is completed, the device automatically stops, the sample is removed, and the power is turned off.
Notice
• The use environment temperature is recommended to be 0~ 30 ° C (working environment temperature 5~ 25 ° C), and Miscellaneous items cannot be placed within 60cm around the equipment to ensure heat dissipation and stable operation.
• When adding water, use the built-in drawer type water box, pay attention to the water quality filtrate, and avoid the blockage of the humidification system.
• When moving the equipment, you can use the bottom 4 high-bearing heavy-duty universal wheels, but you need to ensure that the ground is flat and avoid violent vibration.
• Check whether each protection device (such as overload, leakage, and over-temperature protection) is normal before operation. When there is a failure, the screen will display a prompt and automatically stop, which needs to be dealt with in time.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance, especially of humidification and refrigeration systems, to extend service life.
• To avoid freezing caused by long-term operation during low temperature testing, the equipment uses a circular split humidifier to reduce this phenomenon.
• The single-layer load of the shelf does not exceed 20KG, the layer distance is adjustable, and it can be directly removed during operation. Pay attention to safety.
• The test hole (50mm diameter on the left side) is used for external connection to ensure that the wiring harness is well parcelled during use to avoid damage.
