Principle
This equipment adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller performs multi-stage intelligent output by controlling SSR (solid state relay), and equilibrates the output power of the temperature and humidity system to ensure the full stability of the temperature and humidity in the test chamber. The system also has an energy-saving function, which can reduce the power of the instrument to a greater extent and ensure the long-term accurate and stable operation of the instrument.

Steps
1. Ensure that there are no Miscellaneous items within 60CM of the instrument, and the installation ground is not seriously tilted.
Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ), and note that the allowable voltage fluctuation is +/- 10%.

4. Select or edit the test program on the controller (up to 120 sets of programs, a total of 1200 parts, each repeability 999 times), set the required temperature and humidity Linear dispersion and time.
5. After confirming the settings, start the device, the device will automatically execute the program, and the controller screen will display the program Linear dispersion, execution status, remaining time and cycle times in real time.
6. During the test, the wiring harness of the tested sample can be connected through the 50mm diameter test hole reserved on the left.
7. After the test is completed, the device can be set to stop or enter the standby state.
8. If it needs to be interrupted, it can be operated by the controller; the device has a power-off program memory function, which can automatically start and continue to execute the program after power-back.
Notice
• The recommended environment temperature is 0~ 30 ° C (working environment temperature 5~ 25 ° C) to ensure that no Miscellaneous items can be placed within 60CM around the instrument.
• The installation ground should not be severely tilted.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50HZ, the allowable variation is +/- 10%.
• The equipment has comprehensive protection functions, but when a failure occurs, the fault point and cause will be automatically displayed on the screen and shut down. You need to check according to the prompts.
• The humidification system has water filtration, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the water quality to avoid blockage as much as possible.
• There is a test hole reserved on the left side of the equipment, please pay attention to the protection of the wiring harness when using it.
• The controller screen has backlight adjustment and timing off protection functions, which can be set according to needs.
