Principle
The device adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller controls the SSR (solid state relay) to equilibrate the output power of the temperature and humidity system in a multi-stage intelligent output mode, thus ensuring that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are fully stable. The system also has an energy-saving function, which can reduce the power of the instrument to a greater extent and ensure long-term accurate and stable operation.

Steps
1. Preparation: Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (working environment temperature 0~ 30 ° C, recommended 5~ 25 ° C, Miscellaneous items cannot be placed in the equipment 60CM), and connect the power supply (220V/50HZ).
2. Boot and Setup: Turn on the power and perform human-machine interaction through the 7-inch color touch screen controller. Use the Chinese and English interface to edit or select the required temperature and humidity test program (up to 120 sets of programs, a total of 1200 parts). Temperature range (-70~ 150 ℃), Humidity range (20~ 98% RH) and duration of each section can be set.
3. Place the sample: Open the box door, place the sample on the shelf (standard 1 layer, up to 4 layers can be placed, and the layer distance is adjustable), and close the box door.
4. Start test: Confirm the program settings on the controller and start the test. The equipment will run automatically, controlling the heating, cooling, and humidification systems to achieve the set temperature and humidity Linear dispersion.
5. Monitoring and recording: Real-time observation of the program Linear dispersion execution, current temperature and humidity value, remaining time and number of cycles through the controller screen. Remote monitoring can be performed by connecting to a computer using the RS232 interface.
6. End of test: After the program is completed, the device can automatically stop, or stop after reaching the set number of cycles. Open the box door and take out the sample.
7. Shutdown: After the test is completed, the shutdown operation can be performed on the controller, and then the power supply of the device can be disconnected.

* Use environment requirements: The equipment should be placed in a space with an environment temperature of 0~ 30 ° C (recommended 5~ 25 ° C), and Miscellaneous items cannot be placed within 60CM around the equipment to ensure heat dissipation and stable operation.
* power requirements: The input voltage is 220V/50HZ, and the allowable value of voltage variation is +/- 10%. Make sure the ground is good and equipped with appropriate overload protection devices.
* Water addition and maintenance: The humidification system adopts a drawer type water filling box, please check and add purified water regularly. The equipment has a water quality filtrating system, but it still needs to be cleaned regularly to avoid blockage. Round split humidifier can avoid low temperature freezing, but still need to pay attention to maintenance.
* Sample placement: When placing the sample, the total weight should not exceed the shelf carrying capacity (single layer load 20KG), and should not block the trend and back trend, so as not to affect the air circulation and temperature and humidity uniformity in the box.
* Safe operation: When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the stability of the temperature and humidity in the box and the test results. If you need to open the door after the high or low temperature test, please pay attention to the risk of burns or frostbite caused by the temperature difference.
* Fault handling: The equipment has a comprehensive automatic protection function. In the event of a failure, the screen will display the fault point and cause and automatically shut down. Users should contact professionals according to the prompt information, and do not disassemble and repair by themselves.
* Move and clean: The bottom of the equipment is equipped with a universal wheel, which should be pushed smoothly when moving. When cleaning the outer box, please use a soft cloth to wipe the paint panel to avoid the use of corrosive cleaners. When cleaning the inner box, please do it after power failure.
Long-term outage: If the equipment is out of use for a long time, the humidification system water tank should be emptied and powered on regularly for a period of time to maintain the equipment in good condition.
