Overview
AISRY ASR-1000L-70 (paint plate) programmable constant temperature and humidity tester is a device used to test the performance of materials in various environments, mainly used to test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and moisture resistance of various materials. The equipment is suitable for mass testing of electronics, electrical appliances, communications, meters, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, aerospace and other products.

The controller uses a large color liquid crystal man-machine touch dialog LCD interface, with Chinese and English display, simple operation, and can realize remote control of RS232 computer interface.

Principle
The test machine adopts equilibrate Conditioning Control System (BTHC). The induction system transmits the actual temperature and humidity data in the test chamber to the controller. The controller controls the SSR (solid state relay) to equilibrate the output power of the temperature and humidity system in a multi-stage intelligent output mode, thus ensuring the full stability of the temperature and humidity in the test chamber. The system also has an energy-saving function, which can effectively reduce the power of the instrument and ensure long-term accurate and stable operation.
