CUIYUAN 18 Dyne pen is a professional tool for testing the surface tension of materials. It can accurately test the surface tension value of various materials such as Plastic film, and help users determine whether the material is suitable for subsequent processing such as printing, composite or vacuum aluminization, so as to effectively control the mass and reduce the loss. The product can be customized according to actual needs. Color, tip shape and size, etc.

Principle
Dyne pen draws ink lines on the surface of the material through the nib, and judges whether the surface tension of the material reaches the Dyne Level marked on the pen body according to the state of the ink line within a specific time (whether it is continuous or cissing into droplets). If the ink line is continuous, the surface tension is up to standard; if the ink line is cissing, the surface tension is insufficient.

Steps
1. Ensure that the surface of the material to be tested is clean, drying and free of pollution.
2. Place the Dyne pen tip perpendicular to the surface of the material and apply gentle pressure to draw an ink line approximately 25mm long.
3. Observe the ink line state within 2 seconds. If the ink line remains continuous, the surface tension of the material reaches or exceeds the marked value of the pen body; if the ink line cissing into droplets, the surface tension is insufficient.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the surface of the material is clean, drying, and free of contaminants such as grease.
• During the test, the nib should be perpendicular to the surface and gently apply pressure to draw the ink line.
• Observe and judge the result within 2 seconds after the ink line is drawn.
• Please cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent the ink from evaporating.
• Please select the appropriate Dyne Level model according to your testing requirements.
• This product is a test tool, the ink is not edible, please keep it safe and avoid contact with children.
