Overview
CUIYUAN Type 19 Dyne pen is a surface tension test tool that can customize the ink Color, tip shape and size according to user request. It can accurately test the surface tension of various materials such as Plastic film to determine whether it is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.

Principle
Dyne pen draws ink lines on the surface of the material through the nib, and judges whether the surface tension of the material reaches or exceeds the Dyne Level marked on the pen body according to the state of the ink line within a certain period of time (whether it is continuous or cissing into droplets). If the ink line is continuous, the surface tension is up to standard; if it is cissing, it is not up to standard.

Steps
1. Ensure that the surface of the material to be tested is clean, drying and free of pollution.
2. Place the Dyne pen tip perpendicular to the surface of the material, apply gentle pressure, and draw an ink line about 2-3 cm long.
3. Observe the ink line state within 2-3 seconds. If the ink line remains continuous, the surface tension is up to standard; if the ink line cissing into droplets, it is not up to standard.
4. After the test, please close the cap immediately to prevent the ink from evaporating.
Notice
Make sure the surface of the material is clean before testing.
* The nib should be perpendicular to the surface, gently apply pressure to the scribe.
* Observe results within 2-3 seconds after scribing.
* Please close the cap immediately after use to prevent the ink from evaporating.
Please select the appropriate Dyne Level model according to your testing requirements.
* Bottled ink needs to be used with a special pen or tool.
* Avoid ink contact with skin or eyes. If it comes into contact, rinse with water immediately.
* Store in a cool drying place away from children.
