Overview
CUIYUAN CY-21 Dyne pen is a tool for testing the surface tension of materials. Color, tip shape and size can be customized according to user request. It can accurately test the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film, helping to determine whether the material is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminizing processes, so as to effectively control the mass and reduce losses.

Principle
Dyne pen by applying a specific value of the surface tension test liquid on the surface of the material, according to the test liquid spread or cissing on the material, determine whether the surface tension of the material reaches the value of the test pen, so as to evaluate its wettability and applicability.

Steps
1. Ensure that the surface of the test material is clean, drying and free of pollution.
2. Select the appropriate Dyne pen.
3. Use the pen tip to draw a test line approximately 2.5 centimeters long on the surface of the material.
4. Observe the state of the test liquid within 2 seconds: if the test liquid maintains a continuous liquid line, the surface tension ≥ the test pen value; if the test liquid cissing into droplets, the surface tension < the test pen value.
Notice
• Be sure to clean the surface of the material before testing.
Humidity should be maintained in the test environment.
• Cover the cap immediately after use to prevent the test liquid from evaporating.
• Avoid contact with the skin or eyes of the test solution. If it comes into contact, please rinse with water.
• Please use within the valid period and store in a cool drying place.
