Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminization processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.

Principle
Dyne pen tests the spread of the liquid on the surface of the material by applying the nib, and judges whether the surface tension of the material reaches the set value according to whether the liquid forms a continuous liquid film. When the test liquid can spread evenly on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension is up to standard; if the liquid cissing into liquid beads, it indicates that the surface tension is insufficient.
