Overview
The Dyne pen (model 24) can be customized according to actual needs, including special requirements such as ink Color, tip shape and size. Dyne pen can accurately test whether the surface tension of Plastic film reaches the test pen value, helping users understand whether the film is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively controlling mass and reducing losses. It is not limited to Plastic film, but also can test the surface tension of various materials.
Features
1. Customizable ink Color, tip shape and size and other special needs;
2. Accurately test surface tension to help control mass;
3. Applicable to a variety of materials, not limited to Plastic film;
4. There are two specifications: pen and bottle, and the bottle provides a variety of capacity options;
5. Color includes red, blue and custom special colors (such as white, black).
Principle
Dyne pen determines whether a material is suitable for a specific process by testing whether the surface tension of the material reaches the test pen value. When used, the ink forms a specific pattern on the surface of the material, and if the tension is insufficient, the ink cissing to evaluate the material performance.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Dyne pen or bottled ink;
2. Apply ink evenly on the surface of the material to be tested;
3. Observe whether the ink forms a complete pattern. If cissing, the surface tension is insufficient.
4. Determine material suitability based on test results.
Notice
Make sure the surface of the material is clean and free of contamination before use.
- Select ink Color and pen size according to actual needs;
Clean the tool immediately after the test to avoid ink residue.
