Overview
The Dyne pen (model 33) can be customized according to actual needs, including special needs such as ink Color, tip shape and size. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.
Features
1. Customize ink Color, tip shape and size; 2. Accurately test material surface tension; 3. Suitable for a variety of material testing; 4. Provide pen and bottle specifications; 5. Bottle specifications are diverse, including 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml; 6. Color can be selected from red, blue and customized special colors (such as white, black).
Principle
Dyne pen tests the surface tension of the material to determine whether it reaches the set value of the test pen. When the pen liquid forms a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material, it means that the surface tension is sufficient; if the liquid film is cissing or discontinuous, the surface tension is insufficient.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Select the appropriate specification of Dyne pen; 2. Apply the pen liquid evenly on the surface of the material to be tested; 3. Observe whether the liquid film is continuously formed; 4. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to the state of the liquid film.
Notice
• Ensure that the surface of the material is clean before use; • Select the appropriate pen liquid specification according to the application requirements; • Avoid contact with the eyes or skin; • Store in a cool drying place; • Customized products need to confirm the requirements details in advance.
