Overview
The Dyne pen (model 44) can be customized according to actual needs, including the color of the ink, the shape and size of the pen tip and other special needs. Dyne pen can accurately test whether the Plastic film surface tension reaches the value of the test pen, helping users understand whether the film is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, so as to effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials. It is not limited to Plastic film, but also can test the surface tension of various materials.
Features
1. Customizable ink Color, tip shape and size and other special needs; 2. Accurate test of material surface tension; 3. Suitable for a variety of material testing; 4. Provide two specifications of bottle and pen; 5. Various bottle specifications, including 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml; 6. Color can be selected from red, blue and custom special colors (such as white, black).
Principle
Dyne pen tests the surface tension of the material to determine whether it reaches the value of the test pen, so as to evaluate whether the material is suitable for a specific process.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Select the appropriate specification of Dyne pen or bottled ink; 2. Use Dyne pen on the surface of the material to be tested; 3. Observe the test results to determine whether the surface tension is up to standard.
Notice
• Customize ink Color and tip specifications according to actual needs; • Ensure that the surface of the material is clean before testing; • Only for testing surface tension, not suitable for Miscellaneous use; • Store away from high temperature and direct sunlight.
