Overview
CUIYUAN 49 Dyne pen can be customized according to actual needs, including special requirements such as ink Color, tip shape and size. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminization processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses caused by unqualified materials.
Features
1. Support customized services, including special needs such as ink Color, pen shape and size
2. Provide two specifications of sub-pen and bottle
3. There are various bottle specifications, including 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml.
4. Ink Color can be selected from red, blue and custom special colors (such as white, black, etc.)
5. Wide range of applications, can test a variety of materials surface tension
Principle
Dyne pen applies the test liquid on the surface of the material through the pen tip, and judges whether the surface tension of the material reaches the value marked by the test pen according to the spread of the test liquid on the surface of the material. If the test liquid can be spread evenly, it means that the surface tension is up to standard; if the test liquid cissing into droplets, the surface tension is insufficient.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Dyne pen
2. Apply the test solution smoothly on the surface of the material to be tested
3. Observe the spread of the test liquid on the surface of the material
4. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard: uniform spread is up to standard, cissing into droplets is not up to standard
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before testing
• Select the appropriate Dyne pen value according to the material type
• The tip should be at an appropriate angle to the surface of the material during testing
• Cover the pen cap in time after the test to prevent ink evaporation
• Different Colors of Test Solution Suitable for Materials with Different Background Colors
• Customized products need to confirm specific needs in advance
