Overview
The Dyne pen (model 58) can be customized according to the actual needs of the user, including the color of the ink, the shape and size of the pen tip and other special needs. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the Plastic film surface tension reaches the test pen value, help users understand whether the film is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminization processes, effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials. It is not limited to Plastic film, but can also test the surface tension of various materials.
Features
1. Customizable ink Color, tip shape and size and other special needs
2. Accurately test the surface tension of the material to ensure the suitability of the process
3. Suitable for a variety of materials, not limited to Plastic film
4. Provide two specifications of pen and bottle, with various bottle capacities
Principle
Dyne pen through the ink on the surface of the material wetting behavior test surface tension, if the ink spread evenly, indicating that the surface tension reaches the test value, suitable for subsequent processes; otherwise not suitable.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Dyne pen
2. Draw a line on the surface of the clean drying material
3. Observe the ink behavior: uniform spread means qualified, cissing or not spreading means unqualified
Notice
Make sure the surface of the material is clean and drying before testing
- Select the correct Dyne pen according to the process requirements
- Customized products need to communicate specific needs in advance
Bottled ink should be properly stored to avoid leakage
