Overview
CUIYUAN 60 Dyne pen (liquid) can be customized according to actual needs, including special needs such as ink Color, pen tip shape and size. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the Plastic film surface tension reaches the test pen value, help users understand whether the film is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, so as to control mass and reduce losses. It is not limited to Plastic film, but can also test the surface tension of various materials.
Features
1. Customizable ink Color, tip shape and size and other special needs.
2. Accurately test the surface tension of the material to determine whether it is suitable for a specific process.
3. Suitable for a variety of materials, not limited to Plastic film.
4. Provide two specifications: sub-pen and bottle, and the bottle capacity can be 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml.
5. Color includes red, blue and custom special colors (such as white, black, etc.).
Principle
Dyne pen forms a liquid film on the surface of the material through ink. According to the cissing or diffusion of the liquid film, it is determined whether the surface tension reaches the calibration value of the test pen. If the liquid film is evenly covered, the surface tension is sufficient; if it is cissing, the tension is insufficient. This helps to evaluate whether the material is suitable for subsequent processing.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Dyne pen.
2. Scribe smoothly on the surface of the material to be tested.
3. Observe the ink liquid film: if the liquid film remains intact within 2 seconds, it indicates that the surface tension is up to standard; if cissing, the tension is insufficient.
4. Determine material suitability based on test results.
Notice
Make sure the surface of the material is clean and free of contamination before testing.
- Avoid use in high temperature or humid environments to prevent affecting test accuracy.
- Cover the cap tightly after use to prevent ink evaporation.
