Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, compounding or vacuum aluminizing processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses.

Principle
Dyne pen determines the surface preparation state of the material by testing whether the surface tension of the material reaches the calibration value of the test pen. When the pen liquid forms a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension meets the standard; if the pen liquid cisses into droplets, the surface tension is insufficient.

Steps
