Overview
CUIYUAN 65 Dyne pen can be customized according to actual needs, including special requirements such as ink Color, tip shape and size. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, can accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminization processes, effectively control the mass and reduce the loss caused by unqualified materials.
Features
1. Support customized services, including special needs such as ink Color, pen shape and size
2. Provide two specifications of pen and bottle
3. There are various bottle specifications, including 10ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml.
4. Color can be selected from red, blue and custom special colors (white, black, etc.)
5. Accurately test the surface tension value of various materials
Principle
Dyne pen contacts the surface of the material through the tip, and determines whether the surface tension reaches the value marked by the test pen according to the spread of the ink on the surface of the material. When the surface tension of the material reaches or exceeds the value of the test pen, the ink will spread evenly; if the surface tension is insufficient, the ink will cissing into droplets, so as to achieve fast and accurate testing of the surface tension of the material.
Applications
Gravure printing, offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, tie-dye printing, ink jet printing, dry compounding, extrusion compounding, blown film, T-extrusion film, stretch film, Spreader, aluminized
Steps
1. Ensure that the surface of the test material is clean and drying
2. Place Dyne pen vertically on the material surface
3. Press lightly to make the tip fully contact with the material
4. Observe the spread of ink on the surface of the material
5. Determine whether the surface tension is up to standard according to the ink spread state
Notice
Make sure the surface of the material is clean and free of contamination before testing
• Cover the pen cap tightly in time after use to prevent ink evaporation
• Avoid hitting or damaging the pen tip
Dyne pens of different specifications should be stored separately and clearly marked
• Customized products need to confirm specific requirements in advance
