Overview
CUIYUAN 70 Dyne pen can customize special requirements such as ink Color, tip shape and size according to customer needs. Dyne pen, also known as corona pen and surface tension test pen, is used to accurately test whether the surface tension of materials such as Plastic film reaches the test pen value, help users determine whether the material is suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminization processes, effectively control mass and reduce losses caused by unqualified materials.

Principle
Dyne pen determines the surface preparation state of the material by testing whether the surface tension of the material reaches the value of the test pen. When the pen liquid forms a continuous liquid film on the surface of the material, it indicates that the surface tension reaches or exceeds the calibration value of the pen; if the pen liquid cissing into droplets, the surface tension is insufficient.
