Overview
HUDA QT-E702-100B60 programmable humidity chamber is mainly used to simulate the harsh high temperature, low temperature or heat and humidity environment that may be encountered during transportation, storage and use of electronic Instruments, new materials, electricians, vehicles, metals, electronic products, aerospace materials, etc.; or under high temperature, low temperature, heat and humidity alternating environment, inspection materials, accessories or instruments are resistant to high temperature, cold, moisture and heat performance and possible damage life reduction.

1. The box is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate, which has the advantages of acid resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning

Principle
The equipment adopts thermal equilibrate temperature control method and binary low temperature circuit system design. The temperature and humidity are coordinated and controlled through the same channel of the P.I.D + S.S.R system. It has automatic calculation function, which can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions. The heating system adopts nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire, and the humidification system adopts stainless steel tube with nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire, which realizes fast Response and precise control.

Steps
1. Enter the test parameters through the touch setting interface
2. Select the program mode or the fixed value mode to run
3. Temperature range, Humidity range and time parameters
4. Start the equipment and start the test
5. Monitor the test process through the observation window
6. After the test is completed, the data can be downloaded through the USB interface or communication interface
Notice
• Samples should be evenly distributed on the sample rack according to the load bearing ☺ 20kg
• Check whether the Power supply voltage meets the 220V requirement before use
• Regularly check refrigerant and water replenishment devices
• After the fault alarm, the equipment will automatically shut down, and it needs to be troubleshooted before restarting.
• The PU activity wheel at the bottom of the device needs to be fixed after moving
• After the test hole is used, thermal insulation accessories and special sealing soft plugs should be installed in time
