1. Box structure: The inner box is made of SUS304 #stainless steel plate, which is acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean; the outer box is also made of SUS304 #stainless steel plate. Equipped with explosion-proof door handle, ultra-fine fiberglass insulation layer, refined silicone rubber door sealing and double-decked vacuum reinforced Glass observation window. The bottom is equipped with a fixed PU movable wheel, and is equipped with a SUS304 #stainless steel sample holder and test hole with adjustable spacing. 2. Refrigeration system: using French Taikang Compressor and American DuPont environmental protection refrigerant (R404a), binary low temperature circuit system design. Temperature and humidity control adopts P.I.D + S.S.R system co-channel coordinated control, with automatic calculation function, accurate and stable control. 3. Heating and humidification system: The heating adopts nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire, and the high-temperature system is independent. The humidification adopts stainless steel tube with built-in nickel-chromium alloy heating wire and high-temperature oxidation mg powder, which has fast reaction and long life. The heating and humidification systems are completely independent and equipped with automatic water replenishment devices. 4. Control system: Adopt precision liquid crystal display programmable temperature controller, smart digital display PID microcomputer temperature control instrument, touch setting, humidity direct display percentage. Temperature Sensor adopts PT100 platinum resistance. With multiple sets of multi-stage programming operation, setting value and program optional, time arbitrary setting function. The main electrical components are "Chint" brand.
