Principle
The P.I.D + S.S.R system is used for co-channel coordinated control, with automatic calculation function, which can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions, so that the temperature and humidity control is more accurate and stable. The temperature control adopts thermal equilibrate temperature regulation method, and the temperature adjustment is realized through the nickel-chromium alloy heating system and the French Taikang Compressor refrigeration system. The humidification system adopts the stainless steel tube with built-in nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire to realize humidity control.

Steps
1. Move the machine to the designated position through the bottom PU movable wheel and fix the casters
2. Connect the power supply (380V)
3. Set the test parameters through the touch screen, and choose the program method or the setting method
4. Adjust the spacing of the sample holder and place the sample (load-bearing ≥ 20kg evenly distributed)
5. Start the device running
6. Monitor the test process through the observation window
7. After the test is completed, export the data through the USB interface or SD card
