Principle
Through the coordination of the refrigeration system, the heating system and the humidification system, the equipment adopts the thermal equilibrate temperature control method and the P.I.D + S.S.R control technology to achieve accurate temperature and humidity control. The refrigeration unit adopts a binary low temperature circuit system design, the heating adopts nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire, and the humidification adopts the built-in heating system of stainless steel tube. The centrifugal fan is forced to circulate to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the test chamber are uniform and stable.

Steps
1. Move the device to the designated position and fix it through the bottom PU activity wheel
Connect Power Supply (220V) and Necessary Interface
3. Set the test parameters through the touch screen, and choose the program method or the setting method
4. Adjust the spacing of the sample holders and place the test samples (load-bearing ≥ 20kg evenly distributed)
5. Start the equipment operation, and the test process can be monitored through the observation window
6. Test data can be stored and transferred via USB interface or SD card
Notice
• Samples should be evenly distributed as required, with a load-bearing capacity of no more than 20kg
• Make sure the casters are fixed before the equipment runs
• Pay attention to check whether the Power supply voltage meets the 220V requirements
• Regularly check the working status of the automatic water replenishment device
• After the fault alarm, the equipment will automatically shut down, and it needs to be troubleshooted before restarting.
