Overview
HUDA QT-E702-150K60 programmable humidity chamber is mainly used to simulate the harsh high temperature, low temperature or heat and humidity environment that may be encountered during transportation, storage and use of electronic Instruments, new materials, electricians, vehicles, metals, electronic products, aerospace materials, etc.; or under high temperature, low temperature, heat and humidity alternating environment, inspection materials, accessories or instruments are resistant to high temperature, cold, moisture and heat performance and possible damage life reduction.
Features
1. The box adopts SUS304 #stainless steel inner box and Cold rolled steel plate paint outer box, equipped with explosion-proof door handle and ultra-fine fiberglass insulation system
2. The refrigeration system adopts French Taikang Compressor and American DuPont environmental protection refrigerant, equipped with binary low temperature circuit system
3. The heating and humidification system adopts nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire, and the heating and humidification system is completely independent
4. The control system adopts a precision liquid crystal display programmable temperature controller, which supports multiple sets of multi-stage programming operations
5. Equipped with a complete safety protection system, including multiple protections such as over-temperature, fan overheating, and underphase/inverse
Principle
The equipment realizes low temperature environment control through freezing system, adopts French Taikang Compressor and binary low temperature circuit system design; realizes high temperature and humidity control through heating system and humidification system respectively, heating adopts nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire, humidification adopts stainless steel tube built-in nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating wire; control system adopts P.I.D + S.S.R system co-channel coordination control, with automatic calculation function, can realize accurate temperature and humidity control.

Steps
1. Move the machine to the designated position through the bottom PU movable wheel and fix the casters
2. Connect the power supply and check the device status
3. Set the test parameters through the touch screen, and choose the program method or the setting method
4. Place the sample on a sample rack with adjustable spacing
5. Start the equipment and start the test
6. Monitor the test process through the observation window
7. After the test is completed, the data can be exported through the USB interface or SD card
Notice
• Samples should be uniformly distributed according to load-bearing ≥ 20kg
• Power supply voltage should be checked before use
• Pay attention to observe whether the protection functions are normal during the operation of the equipment
• Regularly check the automatic replenishment device of the humidification system
• It will automatically shut down after the equipment failure alarm, and it can only be restarted after troubleshooting.
• A special sealing plug should be installed in time after the test hole is used
