Principle
The equipment realizes accurate temperature and humidity control by means of thermal equilibrate temperature regulation through the coordinated work of refrigeration system, heating system and humidification system. The refrigeration system adopts French Taikang Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant, and realizes the control of different temperature ranges through the design of binary low temperature circuit system; The heating system adopts nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire to quickly heat up; The humidification system adopts stainless steel tube built-in heating element to realize rapid humidification. The control system is coordinated and controlled in the same channel through the P.I.D + S.S.R system, and has automatic calculation function, which can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions.

Steps
1. Move the device to the designated location and fix it through the bottom PU activity wheel
2. Connect the power supply (380V voltage) and check the electrical connection
3. Set the test parameters through the touch screen, and choose the program method or the setting method
4. Temperature range (-40~ 150 ℃) and Humidity range (20~ 98% R.H)
5. Configure the sample holder spacing to distribute the samples evenly on the sample holder
6. Start the equipment operation and monitor the test process through the observation window
7. Record and export test data via USB interface or SD card
8. Stop the machine according to the program after the test is completed
Notice
• The load-bearing capacity of the sample should be evenly distributed, and the load-bearing capacity of each sample holder should not exceed 20kg.
• Power supply voltage should be checked before operation
• Regularly check the automatic replenishment device of the humidification system
• Pay attention to the operation indicator lights and alarm prompts of the equipment
• After the fault alarm, the equipment will automatically shut down, and it needs to be troubleshooted before restarting.
• When using the test hole, ensure that the sealing plug is installed in place
• Disconnect the power supply during equipment maintenance to ensure safe operation
