1. Box structure: The inner box adopts SUS304 stainless steel plate, the outer box is Cold rolled steel plate paint, equipped with explosion-proof door handle, ultra-fine fiberglass insulation layer, silicone rubber sealing strip, fixed PU movable wheel, stainless steel punching sample holder, double-decked vacuum heating defrosting observation window and test hole. 2. Refrigeration system: using French Taikang Compressor and American DuPont environmental protection refrigerant, binary low temperature circuit design, P.I.D + S.S.R temperature and humidity coordinated control, precise and stable control. 3. Heating and humidification system: heating using nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire, humidification using stainless steel tube built-in electric heating wire, the system is independent and equipped with automatic water replenishment device. 4. Control system: Adopts a precision liquid crystal display programmable temperature controller, supports multiple sets of multi-stage programming, and has data storage and transfer functions (such as USB interface). The main electrical components are made of Chint and other brands. 5. Protection system: with multiple protections such as overtemperature, fan overheating, underphase/reverse phase, overload, overvoltage, timing, leakage, etc., automatic shutdown after fault alarm.
