Principle
Through the unique air duct design, the equipment generates non-layered vertical circulation airflow in the box to simulate the sand and dust environment. The equipped vacuum system can display and control the Flow rate, Flow velocity and pressure difference in real time, so as to test the sealing performance of the product shell.

Steps
1. According to the test requirements, set the parameters of the dust blower, dust vibration and total test time through the PLC touch screen Operating system.
2. Place the sample to be tested in the test chamber.
3. Start the equipment and observe the test status in the box.
4. After the test, the device automatically stops and issues a prompt.
Notice
The equipment is equipped with power supply, short circuit, grounding, over-temperature and other protection devices, which will automatically stop and prompt when faulty, and the operator should deal with it in time.
• Before the test, make sure that the parameter settings such as tale powder dosage meet the requirements.
• When observing the test through a large tempered glass window, the equipped dust scraper can be used to maintain a clear field of vision.
