Principle
Control system is used to drive the swinging tube and the sample table to simulate the water spraying environment with different angles and intensities. Select the swinging tube of proper radius, make the height of the sample table at the diameter position of the swinging tube, and spray water to the sample through the water spraying hole on the swinging tube to test the protection performance of its shell and sealing parts under rain conditions.

Steps
1. Select a swinging tube with an appropriate radius and adjust the height of the sample stage so that the distance from the top of the sample to the nozzle is no more than 200mm.
2. Place the test sample on the sample table in the center of the semicircle of the pendulum tube.
3. According to the standard (such as IPX4), set the water Flow rate (0.07 L/min per hole), the swing angle of the pendulum pipe (such as 180 ° on both sides, about 360 ° in total) and the test time (such as continuous water spraying for 10 minutes).
4. Start the device for testing.

Notice
* Before the test, the correct pendulum tube radius and setting parameters (such as swing angle, water Flow rate, test time) should be selected according to the standard requirements.
Make sure that the sample is placed in the correct position and the distance from the top to the sample nozzle is not greater than 200mm.
* Note that the water spray pressure should be maintained within the range of 80-150Kpa.
