Overview
HUDA QD-E710-IPX34-512 dripping test chamber is suitable for testing whether the shell and sealing of electrical products can ensure good performance of equipment and components in a rainy environment. This product adopts scientific design and can realistically simulate dripping, dripping, splashing, spraying and other environments.
Features
1. The shell of the box is treated with stainless steel plate hairline, and the liner material is made of stainless steel light plate.
2. Large area visible Glass door, easy to observe the test chamber to be tested condition.
3. Adopt high-quality fixed PU movable wheel, which is convenient for users to move.
4. With a 350-degree pendulum pipe and a 360-degree rotary rod water spray device, and a sample stage with adjustable rotational speed.
5. The comprehensive control system and the adoption of frequency conversion technology enable the rainfall, the rotation angle of the test rack, the swing angle of the water spray swing rod, and the swing frequency of the water spray to be automatically adjusted.
Principle
The drip test chamber simulates the rain environment through the swing pipe and the rotary rod water spray device, and the control system automatically adjusts the rainfall, the rotation angle of the test rack, the swing angle of the water spray swing rod and the swing frequency of the water spray.
Standards
GB/T4208、EC60529、GB2423,38-90、GB4706.32-2004、IEC-5129
Steps
1. Select an appropriate radius of the pendulum tube so that the height of the sample table is at the position of the pendulum tube diameter.
2. Place the sample on the sample stage so that the distance from the top to the sample nozzle is no more than 200mm.
3. Set the water flow rate according to the number of spray holes in the pendulum pipe, each hole is 0.07 L/min.
4. The water spray area is the water spray hole in the 90 ° arc section on both sides of the midpoint of the pendulum pipe to spray the sample, and the test sample is placed in the center of the semicircle of the pendulum pipe.
5. The pendulum pipe swings 180 ° on each side along the vertical, for a total of about 360 ° (IPX3 swings 60 °, for a total of 120 °).
6. Test time: continuous water for 10 minutes.
7. The test is completed to verify whether the product meets the standard requirements.
Notice
• Make sure that the distance from the top of the sample to the nozzle is not more than 200mm.
• The water flow rate needs to be accurately calculated according to the number of spray holes.
• The swing angle of the pendulum tube should be set according to the IP level (e.g. 120 ° for IPX3 and 360 ° for IPX4).
The test time can be set, and the standard test is continuous water for 10 minutes.
• Check the power supply to 220V 50Hz before use.
